To a dedicated wine lover, there are many “wine appropriate” occasions in which to enjoy a glass of the liquid results that fermented grapes produce! With so many choices of brands, not to mention the types of grapes the wines were made from, the occasions could be endless.

Through the ages many celebrations throughout the world have chosen to top the occasion with a glass or more of wine. Holidays first come to mind. The wine chosen for the specific occasion, purchased from a Monmouth Beach wine store, may be an aperitif for the meal to come or more of an after dinner dessert wine. As well as the well known holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas, let us not forget New Year’s Eve! It may surprise you to know that champagne is also considered a wine.

Moving on to other wine appropriate occasions to imbibe in your favorite wine drink are engagements, weddings, anniversaries and possibly baby showers. We can’t forget the bachelor and bachelorette parties! And then there are the announcements of a new job, a new home, pregnancy, a promotion, a winning lottery ticket, even a big win at the casino slot machine. The list is endless of the things people choose to celebrate a in their lives while enjoying a glass of wine. It is fun to make up your own wine appropriate occasion and shop for just the right wine to celebrate with.

Other wine-appropriate occasions may be the romantic evening you have planned. A bottle of good wine and a little candle light can do wonders!
If romance isn’t in the picture maybe relaxation is. After a hard day at the office, come home, kick off your shoes and pop the cork. Pour yourself a glass of your favorite wine. A cold snowy winter evening, crackling fire in the fireplace or maybe a picnic or trip to the beach can all be topped off with a good glass of wine. Pack that bottle of wine you been saving. Make the day a memorable one and relax.

Although these can be considered wine-appropriate occasions, there is no reason why every day cannot be wine-appropriate to someone who truly enjoys the benefits a glass can bring.
